Hi Chiarina, We received your letter saying you'd like to hear about our experience working with Royal LePage. My husband, Brett, and I have worked with Susan Bowie to purchase our last tow homes. We were looking for a rundown century homes we could revitalize and turn  into (legitimate) rental properties for students and young professionals. Susan understood our needs very well and both times we ended up buying the first or second house we saw. She's such a pro, an absolute delight, and on a personal note, she's the star of our hearts! We love her, and we have so much fun every time we work with her.
She takes the stress and guess work out of buying a home, and she makes the process enjoyable. We're new to the area so we don't know a ton of people here, but we shout her praises from the roof tops at every opportunity to anyone we meet here. We will absolutely work with her on all our future property endeavors in the Peterborough area. We can't say enough good things about Susan, and I don't know how her salary works aside from commission, but if you have the opportunity to give her a massive raise in pay you absolutely should. She deserves every penny!
